COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) was established in the year 2014 with the aim of providing inclusive technology education to students from all over India and the world and thereby creating responsible citizens who would contribute to the betterment of their families, society and nation.
The Department aims at providing high quality training to students through the latest in computer technology. In order to maintain the standard of education, the Department constantly upgrades the academic syllabi so as to keep the students well trained to deal with changing trends in the field of Computer Science and Engineering.
DEPARTMENT VISION
To be a leading department in Computer Science and Engineering, transforming students into skilled professionals through excellence in education and research.
DEPARTMENT MISSION
- Deliver a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals and technical skills through innovative teaching methods.
- Prepare graduates to meet evolving societal needs and excel in their careers.
- Foster lifelong learning and exploration of emerging technologies.
- Develop intellectually capable leaders for various professions.
B.TECH – COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING
The Department is Offering an Undergraduate degree program in Computer Science Engineering, It is a Four year degree program.
Computing is part of everything including computers, calculators, laptops, smart phones, Electronic systems, transportation, manufacturing systems, medical equipment etc. Computing drives innovation in engineering, business, arts, entertainment, education, commerce, trade and the sciences at large. And computational solutions are providing answers to all complexes & challenging problems of all kinds and types.
Computer science is basically the study of computers and computational systems. It is a broad field which includes everything from the algorithms that make up software to how software interacts with hardware to how well software is developed and designed. Computer scientists use various mathematical algorithms, coding procedures, to solve complex problems. And it is the expert programming skills of the programmers to study computer processes and develop new software and systems that allows modern technology life style.
Today, most of the digitization of the services and product development is possible only through computer programmers. It is the knowledge and skills of the programmers that define the progress in technological aspects of life.
